Welcome. These terms govern your use of thefocusos.com and anything you buy from us. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by ArtysyPicks ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: artsyau@gmail.com.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products — printable PDFs and spreadsheet files — delivered electronically. Nothing is physically shipped. After a successful payment you'll receive an email with a download link, usually within a minute or two.

We do our best to describe products accurately, including page counts, file formats, and contents. Screenshots and mockups are illustrations of the product, not exact reproductions of what will print on your printer.

3. Your licence

When you buy Focus OS, you receive a lifetime, non-transferable licence for personal use by you and members of your household.

You may:

• Print unlimited copies for your own personal use
• Use the files on your personal devices, including tablet annotation apps and spreadsheet software
• Show the product in your own photos or videos when discussing your personal setup (a credit is appreciated, never required)

You may not:

• Share, give away, sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files or printed copies, in whole or in part, free or paid
• Edit, extract from, or adapt the files to create products, templates, or content for distribution or sale
• Upload the files to any public or shared location, including shared drives, forums, template libraries, or AI training datasets
• Claim the design or content as your own work

We retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in the products. You're buying a licence to use them, not ownership of them.

Breaching this licence terminates it, and we may revoke your access to downloads and future updates.

4. Updates

Your purchase includes free updates to the edition you bought, for life. If we improve or correct files in that edition, you get the updated version at no charge.

This doesn't include entirely new products, separate editions, or higher-tier bundles, which are sold separately.

5. Payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time — though changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you've already made. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We don't store your card details.

6. Refunds

All sales are final, with an exception for genuine faults. See our Refund Policy for the full terms — it forms part of these terms.

7. Accounts and accurate information

You're responsible for giving us a correct email address at checkout. We can only deliver files to the address you provide. If you mistype it, email us and we'll re-send.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, distribute malware, scrape or copy the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with how it works for other people.

9. Disclaimer

The Product is an educational and organizational tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or therapeutic advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Use of the Product is at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products and this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtysyPicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Third-party links

The site and our products may link to third-party sites and tools. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

If you're a consumer, this doesn't remove the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
