Refund policy

Focus OS is a digital product. Your files are delivered immediately after purchase, and once they've been downloaded they can't be returned. For that reason, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or "I didn't realise it was a download."

That said — we want you to actually have what you paid for.

We will always fix or refund if something is genuinely wrong

Email artsyau@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase if:

  • Your download link doesn't work, or never arrived
  • A file is corrupted, won't open, or is missing from your bundle
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is materially different from what the product page described

We'll re-send your files or fix the problem first. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops — a real person reads that inbox.

Before you email us about a download problem

Most delivery issues are one of these, and you'll get your files faster by checking first:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for the email containing your download link.
  • Confirm the email address you used at checkout — a typo sends your files somewhere that isn't your inbox. If you think that happened, email us; we'll look up the order and re-send.
  • Try a computer rather than a phone. Some mobile browsers and email apps struggle with zip files. The files themselves are fine on both, but the download is more reliable on a desktop.
  • The spreadsheet needs Excel or Google Sheets to open. To use it in Google Sheets: Drive → New → File upload → choose the .xlsx → open with Sheets.

If none of that works, email us. Include your order number if you have it — if not, the email address you used to buy is enough for us to find you.

What isn't covered

  • Change of mind after downloading
  • Not having a printer, tablet, or spreadsheet software
  • Buying the same product twice (email us — we'll refund the duplicate, that one's an obvious mistake and we're not going to be strange about it)
  • Wanting a different format, layout, or edition than the one described

Immediate access and your right to withdraw

By completing your purchase, you're asking for immediate access to your digital files, and you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw once the download begins.

Where local consumer law gives you rights that can't be waived by a policy like this one, those rights still apply. Nothing here overrides them.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please email us before contacting your bank. We can almost always resolve it the same day, and it costs you far less time than a dispute does. Filing a chargeback for a product that was delivered as described may result in your access being revoked.
