I made this because I needed it.
I run a few things at once. Every planner I bought assumed I would wake at 5 a.m., journal for twenty minutes, and keep a ninety-day streak alive.
That never happened. It was never going to happen. And every one of those planners had the same design flaw: the moment you miss a day, the thing you paid for starts working against you. A broken chain. An empty row. A page that quietly says you failed.
So I made the opposite.
What that actually means
Focus OS is not a system and it is not a method. It is a set of printable pages, each doing one job, built around a few stubborn ideas:
- Nothing is dated. Start in March. Skip two weeks. Start again. The pages do not know and do not care.
- No streaks. The habit tracker uses dots, not chains. There is nothing to break, so there is nothing to abandon.
- There is a page for the bad days. The Bare-Minimum Day exists because "just do one thing" is sometimes still too much, and a planner that has no answer for that day is not much of a planner.
- No page tells you to try harder. Every page that asks anything of you asks you to go smaller.
What I am not
I am not a therapist, a doctor, or a productivity coach, and I am not going to pretend otherwise to sell you a PDF. Focus OS is an educational and organizational tool - paper that helps you see what is in your head. It is not treatment, and it is not advice about your health. If something in your life needs a professional, please go and find one; a printable is not a substitute for that.
What I can tell you is what these pages do, because I use them.
What you can expect if you buy something
- The file arrives the moment you pay. No waiting, no account to create.
- Print it as many times as you like, forever. It is yours.
- US Letter, ink-friendly - the pages run about 1-2% ink coverage, so a fresh copy costs you almost nothing.
- Works on an iPad in GoodNotes, Notability, or any PDF annotation app.
- If a file is broken or wrong, tell me within 30 days and I will fix it or refund it. That is a promise from a person, not a policy from a company.
Talking to me
There is no support desk here. Use the contact form and it reaches me. I would rather hear that a page did not work for you than have you quietly regret buying it - that is genuinely how these pages get better.
